A 54"x66"quilt features colorful butterflies and flower prints. Just place squares on the included gridded web, add sashings, iron, add borders and your quilt top is done. Backing, batting and fabric for binding is not included. Requires appliqué pressing sheet for construction, which can be purchased at your local fabric store.

Twin Duvet Cover and Pillowcase

A duvet cover is a pieced quilt finished like a giant pillowcase which allows you to insert a twin size comforter. The bottom closes with Velcro to hold the comforter inside. We enjoy duvet covers because we can easily wash the covers and they keep our down comforters clean. The price below assumes that you choose from the fabrics on our fabric page. Choose 3-5 complementing fabrics and let us know if you need some help. If you would like us to find fabrics from a special theme please send us an e-mail and we can discuss possibilities and pricing. All duvet covers come with one matching standard size pillow case.

On our ready-made quilts page you will often find placemats but now you have the opportunity to design your own. Browse through the fabric page as well as the fabrics found on the custom bags page for ideas. Send us an e-mail with the fabrics you like and together we can come up with a design. One neat idea is to use the squares off of panels found in fabric stores. If you see something you like, pick it up and we will design around it. Price will be $6-$12 each depending on the complexity of the design and fabrics used.

These dish cloths are approximately 9" x 9" and are hand knitted using high quality cotton yarn. They are long lasting and can be washed and dried along with the rest of your kitchen cottons. We use them as hostess gifts in addition to keeping our own kitchen well stocked.

Half Apron

In traditional 19th century fashion, this half apron really is  "one-size fits all."  On girls the apron will extend around the back of their skirt, allowing them to safely sit in whatever they have just spilled on the floor.  On women, the skirt covers the front, just like the half aprons you are used to.  Beyond it's practical kitchen use, it is perfect for almost any historical outfit.  Please give us the waist size of the girl or woman who will wear the apron most often.

In C37 and C45

This simple apron is similar to those you can find in most kitchen stores. The ties come through a casing at the top, around the sides and are fully adjustable. While this apron is reversible, the pockets are only to be found on one side. Please choose a main fabric for the front and an accent fabric for the reverse side, ties and pockets. One size fits all. This full apron will completely protect your clothing. The lined bodice is gathered to the waistband and has one button on the back neck. The waistband turns into long ties to help you adjust the fit. The skirt is long and comes around to the middle in the back, just like a pinafore.
