Our girls' garments are made to be durable, functional, pretty and comfortable. They can be dressed up or down based on the fabric and pattern chosen. Sizes begin as low as 1 on some patterns and generally go up through Size 14 with a few 16's. Please check our ready made store for items available immediately.

Button Jumper Set

Our Button Jumper Set comes complete with a dress and jumper which can be worn together or by themselves.  The jumper is similar to our girl's Button Jumper and comes with back ties.  It will be made slightly shorter than the dress.  The dress comes standard with short puffed sleeves, a button back bodice and long full gathered skirt.  A peter pan collar can be added to the dress for an extra special touch.

Mary's Dress

Another everyday design with short sleeves (shorter than our other dresses), a scoop neckline and front buttons.  This matches our ladies Mary's Dress and is especially lovely for older girls.  The bodice ends at the natural waist and has darts in the front and back, giving this dress a tailored look.  The sleeves have small gathers at the shoulders but are not "puffy".  The skirt is gathered and full.  Sewn by permission from a pattern by Primrose Lane.

Eyelet Dress

In the same cut as Nicole's Dress, our Eyelet Dress adds a pretty hem of cotton eyelet around the peter pan collar and bottom hem.  Back ties are included.  The buttoned bodice comes to a natural waist length and the short sleeves are finished with a cuff.  Please enquire by e-mail for pricing if you would like something similar in a ladies size.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Heidi's Dress

Sometimes the simplest designs are the most striking ones.  Using the same design as Nicole's Dress, this dress works best with a floral or solid for the dress and white cotton for the collar and cuffs.  White polycotton is used if you have chosen a Tropical Breeze fabric.  The buttoned bodice comes down to a natural waist length and the skirt is full with a gathered waist.  White back ties are included in the price.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Sarah's Dress

A princess line flared dress with a round neckline, cap sleeves and short ties in the back.  This simple dress will especially appeal to older girls and can be casual or formal depending on the fabric chosen.  For fall and winter, just add long sleeves.  See photo gallery for more pictures.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Sailor Sundress

Our sweet sailor jumper can be worn as a sundress or jumper with a t-shirt underneath.  The sleeveless top is fully lined and buttons down the back.  The V-Neck has an inset in the same fabric as the collar or can be done in white.    Please see photo gallery for more pictures.  Pattern used by permission from Primrose Lane.

Erin's Dress

Our new empire waist dress with a button front, large square collar and pleated, puffed sleeves.  The collar and hem are done in a contrasting color.  The bodice is fully lined.  This would make a beautiful Easter or special occasion dress.  For cooler weather, simply add long cuffed sleeves.  The cuffs will be made with your contrasting color.  See photo gallery for more pictures.  Sewn by permission from a pattern by Sense and Sensibility.

Erin Two

The buttons on this version of Erin's Dress are on the back  of the raised bodice, creating a traditional look.  The large square collar looks similar in both front and back.  Instead of a contrasting hem, the cuffed sleeves have contrasting bands in both the short and long sleeve versions.  Sewn by permission from a pattern by Sense and Sensibility.

1850's Dress

Our favorite new dress of the season, this cute outfit is period correct to about 1850 and represents the type of play dresses that girls wore during that era.  The fully lined bodice has empire seams in the back, along with a button closure.  The sleeves are slightly flared with small puffs at the shoulders and can be lengthened.  The 4-gore skirt is full and declared "very twirly" by our tester.  It comes about 2" shorter than most of our dresses.  Girls of the time wore long pantaloons underneath their dresses, as shown.  The pantaloons create a very sweet combination for special occasions or perhaps even climbing trees...  Even without the pantaloons, we think you'll find the dress to be long enough.   See pictures on photo page to see how it fits on a child and go to the Underclothing page for pantaloons. Stripes Dress

A very simple design comes alive with coordinating tops in solids and skirts in fun stripes and plaids.  Bodice is fully lined and buttons in the back.  Long and short sleeves have tiny gathers at the top but are otherwise straight and hemmed.  This is a great school dress!  Please check "Stripes" section on our fabric page for our color suggestions.  You may also mix and match from other fabrics on the site.  Made in one fabric, this is one of our simplest looking dresses.  See photo gallery for more pictures.

Emma's Dress

This easy-to-wear outfit is dressed up with coordinating fabrics and accents.  The bodice is fully lined and buttons in the back.  A small bias tape around the neckline draws the skirt fabric into the bodice.  Long and short sleeves are hemmed and finished with skirt fabric.  See photo gallery for more pictures

Abigail's Dress

Originally created as our first formal Christmas dress, this  dress is perfect for any special occasion.  It comes complete with cuffed long or short sleeves, collar, back ties and a flounce on the skirt.  While it is all one piece, it is designed to look like a pinafore covering a dress.  This dress is quite long and loose fitting.  Use the back ties to pull it in and look forward to wearing it next year!  Including chest and waist sizes on the checkout page will help us get this dress just right for you.  Coordinating fabrics can be found on our fabric page.  Please see photo gallery for more pictures.

Circle Dress

A dress created to twirl in.  The top portion is made with a store-bought t-shirt.  The skirt is made from 6 gores of fabric which create a full circle.  It's pretty, casual and fun.  Pattern (The Twirly Dress) used by permission from Sew Baby.  Please see Ready-Made page for dresses we have created.  Order Circle Dresses in the T-Shirt size normally worn.

Lisa's Dress

A very sweet and dressy outfit for babies, toddlers, and girls. Each dress comes with a contrasting collar, armbands, and hem accent. In girl's sizes, this dress buttons in the front (baby/toddler picture shown). We recommend that you choose a small print for the dress and a larger print for the accents. If you are having trouble choosing an accent fabric, white is always pretty. Girl's Flannel Dress

This flannel dress comes with a high square yoke, long sleeves, and an optional ruffle on hem (as shown).  Only Toddler sizes have a Peter Pan Collar.  It makes a beautiful winter dress in flannel but may be ordered in any of our fabrics.  Please understand that none of our fabric meets federal standards for flame-retardant sleepwear and we cannot sell these dresses as nightgowns.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Square Yoke Dress

This old fashioned style has a high square bodice with shot hemmed, 3/4 length ruffled sleeves or long ruffled sleeves.  The skirt portion is long, full and comes with an optional ruffle.  Some moms use these alone and others use them as pettidresses under a jumper.  You are welcome to give us an approximate desired length when ordering.  Because our fabric does not meet federal requirements for flame-retardant sleepwear we cannot sell these as nightgowns.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Isabella Jumper 

This jumper buttons down the front of a lined bodice.  It has a pointed collar and contrasting fabric on bottom of dress.  Just pair it with a collarless shirt in the winter or use it as a sundress in the summer.  We would recommend using a floral for the main part and a solid for the accents.  Pattern used by permission from Primrose Lane.

Kelly's Jumper

A cute jumper with buttons at the shoulders. Bodice is slightly raised and comes fully lined. Kelly's Jumper is easily dressed up with a blouse or worn casual with a t-shirt. Jumper shown with blouseslip.

A relaxed and loose-fitting jumper that we especially enjoy in bold cotton prints, heavier cloth, corduroy or denim. A bib bodice attaches at the shoulders. Bodice is fully lined and skirt is gathered at waist.

Dawn's Pinafore

The easy way to protect a good dress! This pinafore buttons down the back bodice and the back skirt is open so that the pinafore is easier to get on and off. A-Line Skirt

A slim fitting skirt especially nice for older girls. Gentle A-Line shape with lace embellishment close to hem. Pull-on elastic waistline.

Girl's Tiered Skirt

A carefree and playful skirt for girls. Mix and match fabrics for the layers or order all in one color. This skirt comes a little shorter than our dresses but can be lengthened on request. Pull on elastic waistline.  You may choose to have us make this skirt in a single fabric or in two fabrics.  If using two fabrics, please put the fabric for the top two tiers first and the fabric for the bottom tier second in the fabric choice box.

Girl's Prairie Skirt
A lighthearted long and flowing skirt. It comes with a large ruffle on the bottom and an elastic waistband. For winter it is very nice in denim or brushed cotton. In summer, choose a light calico. Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Rainbow Skirt

Our casual A-line skirt is brightened up with cascading fabric.  Ladies sizes will be even more colorful as the fabric moves from reds into green at the bottom.  Pull on elastic waist.  One fabric only.

Prairie Bonnet

Fun for dressing up, but also a practical way to keep the sun off your daughter's face and neck on hot summer days.  Fabric ties fasten under the neck and the back ruffle pulls in with elastic.  Choose any fabric or make a bonnet to go with a new dress.  Also available in ladies sizes.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters."  Sizing is as follows:
