Weekday Dress

Another dress appreciated by our customers. It is best described as a shirt-dress with a raised waist, a modified shirt collar and buttons down the bodice. Sleeves are short and the skirt is slightly less full than Nicole's Dress. Both long and short sleeves are straight with only a few tiny tucks at the shoulder. Removable back ties pull the dress in when desired.  A little different from our other dresses and a very nice style.  Pattern used by permission from "Everyday Dresses" by Taylor Made Designs.  Our XL is slightly larger than the ladies size 20 found on the Custom Women page.  Available through size 2X.

Pullover Dress

Super simple and quite pretty.  Our pullover dress has a gently scooped neckline and bodice which slips over the head without any need for buttons.  Back ties allow you to pull in the bodice for a better fit.  Sleeves are straight with only a few tiny tucks and hemmed.  Short sleeves are similar to PS11. The skirt has gathers where it is attached to the bodice.  You are welcome to choose two different fabrics.  If so, when you list your fabrics please put the bodice fabric first and the skirt fabric second.  Available in XL,1X, 2X.  Pattern used by permission from "Everyday Dresses" by Taylor Made Designs.

Julia Dress

Our Julia Dress has a front button closure which extends down to the hem.  Short sleeves, a shirt-collar and bust darts create a very tailored looking bodice.  The slightly flared skirt is made with panels and we include ties on the back for pulling in the waist if desired.  Long sleeves are optional.  We have added some new options below for those who want a slightly different look.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Anna Dress

Our Anna Dress is similar to the Julia Dress.  The scoop neckline is comfortable but still modest.  Side pockets shown in picture are optional and the basic dress comes with short sleeves.  We have added some new options below so that you can change the look of the dress.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Linda's Shirt Dress

This shirt dress reminds us of a classic jean dress.  It is versatile and comes with many options.  It fits quite loosely for busy days but has back ties to pull in the waist.  Sleeves are either short with a straight hem or long with cuffs.  The sleeves come with small gathers at the shoulder for ease of movement but you may request a straight sleeve without gathers.  The shirt collar folds back as shown but behind it there is a top button should you wish to button all the way up.  If so, the dress appears to have a simple square collar.  The skirt is gathered to the waist and is full at the hem but smaller at the waist.  If you want a true "jean dress" look, you may add buttons down the entire front of the dress.  It would be helpful if you gave us your bust and waist measurements on the checkout page.  This style is presently available in Size 1X and 2X.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Joy's Day Dress

A relaxed and youthful dress, Joy's Day Dress is perfect for busy moms or anyone else who gets a lot of work done during daylight hours.  The scoop neck does not come too low but easily slips over your head.  Sleeves are either short with a straight hem or long with cuffs.  They can have a few small gathers at the shoulders or be straight as shown.  The skirt is gathered to the waist and is cut quite full at the hem but smaller at the waist.  Two patch pockets are sewn to the front skirt, but can be removed if you prefer and the dress comes with back ties.  To get a proper fit, it would be helpful if you gave us your bust and waist measurements when you check out.  This style is available in Size 1X and 2X.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

April Jumper

This comfortable jumper has a slightly flared skirt with a fully lined bodice.  It can be worn either as a jumper with a shirt or as a sleeveless sundress.  The bodice can be made as shown or with buttons down the front, closely matching our ladies Nicole's Jumper.  Bust darts tailor the bodice and the skirt is attached without gathers.  Back ties pull in the waist if desired.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Kelly's Jumper

Style PS17 - $49

A shoulder-button jumper that matches our Kelly's Jumper for toddlers and girls.  The bodice is fully lined and has an empire waist.  It is comfortable for everyday wear and should work well during the first half of pregnancy.  The skirt is cut in an a-line shape making it full at the hem but not too bulky at the gathered waist.   Back ties are optional.  The arm holes are high enough that this jumper could be worn as a sundress without a t-shirt.  Available in sizes 1X, 2X and 3X.

Pleat Jumper

A contemporary jumper with a scoop neck and slight empire waist.  The bodice is fully lined.  The skirt is not gathered but has two large pleats in the front, creating a slimming look.  You may request it in a high calf or regular long length.  Our back ties are attached with buttons in the back seam.  When you don't want them on, they are easily removed.  Available in sizes 18, 20, 1X, 2X.

Overall Jumper

 Similar to our Girls Overall Jumper, this jumper is especially nice in denim and cord for winter or coordinating prints in warmer seasons.  A bib bodice is attached to an A-line skirt without gathers.  A small pocket is is centered on the bib.  If you would like this jumper in two colors, please list the bib fabric first and the skirt/pocket fabric second.  Available in 1X, 2X.  Pattern used by permission from "More Jumpers" by Taylor Made Designs.

Full Apron/Pinafore

This full apron will completely protect your clothing. The lined bodice is gathered to the waistband and has one button on the back neck. The waistband turns into long ties to help you adjust the fit. The skirt is long and comes around to the middle in the back, just like a pinafore. To determine size, simply give us a waist measurement.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters."

3-Tier Skirt

Our simple 3-tier skirt has a gathered waist and is about 30" long.  It is a great casual and comfortable skirt.

A-Line Skirt

A pull-on, slightly flared skirt in a mid-calf length with elastic waist.  These skirts are a staple in our wardrobe.  The pictured eyelet trim is optional and adds a nice touch.  Design licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.

Bloomers/Split Slip

 An old fashioned item that's both practical and comfy. Bloomers or split slips are very comfortable under dresses and jumpers and can be used instead of a slip.  Please choose from the following fabrics found at the bottom of the fabric page:  PC2, PC3, C43, C12, C13, C15, C10, C11.  Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Half Slip

These simple slips are great under dresses, jumpers and skirts. They come a couple inches shorter than our dresses and are made in white cotton muslin or white poly/cotton broadcloth. Eyelet lace can be added to the hem. Sewn by license from a pattern by "The King's Daughters".

Full Slip or Summer Nightgown

A long full slip is gathered to high yoke, making these slips very nice to wear under dresses. We like them on days when we don't want extra elastic at the waist. We also make them in prints for ladies summer gowns.  Slips come a little shorter than our dresses. They are made in white or natural muslin or white poly/cotton broadcloth.   Please state preference. For any other fabric, add $5.  Unlike the picture, there is no lace around the neck and arms.  Design is licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc. 

Long Sleeve Nightgown

A loose fitting gown gathered to a high V-yolk which easily slips over the head.  Choose a flannel for winter or cotton print for spring and summer. Long sleeves are finished with an elastic armband.  Unlike the picture, there is no lace around the neck and arms.  Length is between 43" and 46", based on size.  You are welcome to request a specific custom length.  Design is licensed from KWIK.SEW Pattern Co., Inc.
